Adapt PHP to italian electronic invoice in xml

I have a PHP/Mysql online platform that receives bookings request and, at the end of the checkout process, let the administrator creates invoices to send to the customers. Now we need to adapt this system... (Budget: €250 - €750 EUR, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, XML, XSLT, Yii)
